Make that 50 lbs. bags. :)
i figured you meant LBs.
i just finished painting the outside of the top doors. tomorrow night i hope to start the bottom door with the heatshield and a vent. this reminds me i need to pick up another pair of vents. and finally the racks

I use old fridge shelves for racks and then hang things from that. Salmon gets sandwiched between bread racks, turkey drums get a wire around the skinny end. Hanging allows for more lbs. per batch. I can hang 30 drumsticks on one rack.
Looking forward to seeing your progress.
